One of the best parts of the Summer in Huntington are the Movies on the Lawn, Monday’s starting after the 4th of July! This summer there is a great line-up of PG rated movies for the whole family! Here are some helpful ideas and tips for everything you may need for an enjoyable family movie night!
- Movies will begin at dark & are no charge!
- It is recommended that you bring beach chairs & blankets. If the movie is a drive-in, you should still bring chairs and blankets just in case parking spaces run out!
- Arrive early so you can pick the perfect movie watching spot that works for your family!
- Pack up a picnic dinner, snack, drinks! You never who is going to get hungry throughout the time being there!
- Bring money for the ice cream man/vendors!
- Don’t forget to bring bug spray, sweatshirts, even jammies for the kids if you want!!
- Safety first… bring glowsticks, light up bracelets, light up sneakers so you can see where your kids are when it gets dark!!
