I have been doing OBGYN ultrasounds for 27 years now. We are a family of four who loves to travel with the kids and explore whenever we can! However, our family means everything to us and We do spend a lot of time at home with all on a consistent basis. I am an avid gardener and we have a large vegetable garden out back. When I am not working everyone knows they can find me out back in the garden.
I started W.O.M.B. almost 2 years ago. I couldn’t sleep one night and I was thinking of how I could make the excitement of being pregnant via ultrasound even better for the families since not everyone is able to attend the sonograms performed in their doctors office. So, I decided to bring the experience to them. Wherever that may be…their home, a gender reveal party, baby shower, for those overseas in the military, a relatives home….or even a nursing home so the grandparents or great grandparents can actually see the sonogram.
The most rewarding part of W.O.M.B. is the response I get from the family members while showing them the new baby (or babies) coming. I take the time to make sure everyone knows what they are seeing! I can instantly see the joy that I and WOMB bring right to the comfort place of their choice.

There are many ways W.O.M.B. can be scheduled….in person and virtual gender reveal parties, baby showers, just the parents of the baby, family gatherings and we can also FaceTime or Zoom with family members that might not be able to attend in person. One positive thing that has come out of covid is that I have been able to make a lot of families happy when they were not able to go to the office with their loved one for the sonograms.
